SUMMARY
Research Question:
We analyze whether female graduates are
more attracted to an organization if it offers family-friendly HR
practices or has a female top executive and whether these effects
depend on how gender stereotypes are addressed.
Methodology:
Two experimental vignette studies.
Practical Implication:
Employers should avoid gender stereo
types when offering family-friendly HR practices or present
female role models in order to attract female graduates.
