Auf Basis des Forschungsstands ist davon auszugehen, dass
der ROI von BGM-Maßnahmen positiv ist. Allerdings sind ver-
einfachende Business-Case-Betrachtungen eher kontraproduk-
tiv. Unternehmensspezifische Analysen können die Akzeptanz
erhöhen.
