SUMMARY
Research question:
Action-oriented entrepreneurship trainings
have an important impact on the career development of nascent
entrepreneurs and employees.
Methodology:
We carried out 18 longitudinal evaluation studies
with more than 3.000 participants and conducted a randomized
controlled experiment with training and control groups.
Practical implications:
Action-oriented entrepreneurship
trainings positively affect people’s career development: 1. The
trainings support business start-ups and lead to successful careers
as business owners, 2. the training have positive effects on em-
ployees’ income and speed up their careers in companies.
