SUMMARY
Research question:
Does the previous occupational career pre-
dict occupation changes?
Methodology: Longitudinal panel study
Practical implications: Working in a specific occupation leads to
a lock into this specific occupational path. Occupational mobility
therefore decreases as individuals‘ careers evolve.
