Summary
Research question:
What are the benefits of scientific empirical
research for HR managers?
Methodology:
Literature research, conceptual arguments.
Practical implications:
The risk of failure in management decisions
will be reduced when empirical research is taken into account. This is
especially relevant for strategic decisions.
