The course is aimed at experienced professionals
and lasts fifteen months. The first two modules
take place within the first eight months of the
course and are held in Regensburg, Berlin and Elt-
ville. The studies abroad are distributed over three
weeks in total within the first eleven months. The
last three months are reserved for the master the-
sis. Students spend 53 lecture days at IREBS real
estate academy and the partner universities which
corresponds to 42 net working days.
Career prospects/target group
The course is directed at executives who have an
at least a three-year university degree (180 ECTS)
and further training in real estate or economics
of post-graduate courses (at least 60 ECTS). Alter-
natively 240 ECTS from another course of studies
find acceptance. Several years’ work experience
and a good knowledge of English are also required.

cipants learn international valuation, the benefits
of various investment and financing vehicles. Fur-
thermore, they experience how real estate markets
tick in the Anglo-Saxon world.
Course content and duration
Withinthefirsttwomodules–EconomicsandGeneral
Management – students receive in-depth insights into
Corporate Management and Business Development.
The lectures of the third module International Real
Estate will be held in the US, United Kingdom and
in Asia.
The course of studies is completed with a Master‘s
thesis, for which a three-month preparation peri-
od is provided. The demanding course programme
enables graduates to get a front-row seat in the re-
al estate industry. With the expert knowledge and
