Methodology: In three empirical studies in Belgian organizations, we tested which leader behaviors facilitate team-based inclusion and hence team creativity. Practical Implications: Organizations can create an inclusive and creative work environment through their leaders who need to actively appreciate and encourage the exchange of diverse ideas while clearly communicating the benefit of diversity to their employees.
