21 03 / 24 PERSONALquarterly SUMMARY Research question: What is the „Protean Career“ model and how can it be used as a flexible tool for individualized career development in organizations? Methodology: Description and theoretical contextualization of the model as well as three short cases on its practical applications. Practical implications: The Protean Career model is well-suited as a practice-orientated and yet scientifically sound career development tool.
