SUMMARY Research question: In agile transformations, those responsible often report difficulties with the agile mindset. But what exactly is the agile mindset? How can it be measured? And is it related to business performance? Methodology: Using expert interviews and surveys, we operationalize the agile mindset, make it measurable and show the connection to business performance. Practical implications: Based on our results, people can reflect on their agile mindset, but also create custom-fit frameworks for its development.
