15 03 / 23 PERSONALquarterly SUMMARY Research question: Which factors induce stress in a work environment characterized by digitalization and multiple team memberships and how can sustainable human resource management (HRM) practices contribute to stress reduction? Methodology: The authors identify stress factors and conceptualize mitigation approaches within the context of sustainable HRM. Practical implications: Organizational as well as employee- focused sustainable HRM practices may promote the reduction of (techno)stress among employees. PROF. DR.
