Personal Quaterly 1/2022

23 01 / 22 PERSONALquarterly SUMMARY Research question: What is the status of employer’s handling of electronic word-of-mouth? Methodology: Questionnaire survey Practical implications: The study shows that employers gene- rally tend to be passive rather than active in their handling of electronic word-of-mouth, although an active approach offers opportunities for recruitment. Employers should therefore be aware of their own way of handling electronic word-of-mouth and critically scrutinize it. UNIV.-PROF. DR. STEFAN SÜSS Inhaber des Lehrstuhls für BWL, insb.
