15 02/20 PERSONALquarterly PROF. DR. CARSTEN C. SCHERMULY Professor für Wirtschaftspsychologie Executive Board Vice President Research and Transfer SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences E-Mail: carsten.schermuly@srh.de www.srh-hochschule-berlin.de SUMMARY Research question: New Work initiatives do not always succeed. A theory model is presented in this article showing under which circumstances New Work initiatives can be successful. Methodology: On the basis of the work by Bergmann (2017) and Spreitzer (2008), the objective of New Work will be assessed and a theoretical model is postulated, which will be proven with studies. Practical implications: The theoretical model can help practitio- ners to consider personality and context variables when they want to implement New Work. LITERATURVERZEICHNIS Bergmann, F.
