41 04/20 PERSONALquarterly SUMMARY Research question: What concerns and fears do employees have with regard to digitalization in the company? Methodology: Study (48 bankers), in which digitality concerns, personal degree of innovation, software usage, and general degree of digitization in companies are assessed Practical implications: The results show the dimensions of the digitality concerns with regard to the digitization of companies on the employee level. With the presented measuring instrument, relevant aspects in the company can be identified to address individual reservations. ASSISTANT PROF. DR.
